I am one of those designers that has often worked in partnership with a web developer. With a good knowledge of HTML, and CSS, as well as a pretty good grasp on web developing, I’ve never been a supporter of using a development platform to build websites without knowledge of coding.
Of course that means to be quite dependent on a programmer, a lot of development time, and limiting the graphic design of your website to your level of programing knowledge.
During my long career as a designer, I’ve used multiple web development platforms like WordPress, Elementor, and Webflow to design websites.
These platforms provide tools and interfaces that help to create and manage websites without requiring extensive coding knowledge.
With additional knowledge of programing; HTML and CSS, the possibilities of creating an impactful website get extended and can produce very creative visuals.

Planning before starting a project is one of the secrets of success when designing a website. Brand strategy, content, branding, fonts, colors and photography. All these elements are essential to develop a good web presence, then why unscripted?
Because that’s the reason for these projects. To design and develop everything as you go. Not real script, not previous brand or hours of design planning.
To be spontaneous and let your imagination run wild is a good exercise to keep your juices flowing. You may be able to use some of your ideas for professional projects.
Creativity is about breaking boundaries and embracing new perspectives. It’s the freedom to explore unconventional ideas, challenge norms, and connect seemingly unrelated concepts to create something unique.
Whether in art, design, or problem-solving, true creativity thrives when we let go of limitations and allow ourselves to think without constraints. It’s not about finding the right answer, but rather about the journey of discovery and expression.
